The types of uses are the way to use that land, which is determined according to the need, and each land has different uses according to the area in which it is located. Determining the user is not an easy task and it is done according to specialized studies. A high per capita number of direct service providers in a city can guarantee a good service situation for the people of the city. The main goal of this research is the satisfaction of the citizens of Yasouj city with the use of private sector service providers. The current research is descriptive-analytical. This research was conducted with a quantitative-qualitative and mainly descriptive-analytical approach and based on the use of statistical, documentary-library and survey methods. In document studies, the available internal sources have been used in relation to the uses of urban services in Yasouj and the existing reports and plans about these uses. The data of this research was collected in the field and with a questionnaire. The statistical sample size was calculated based on Cochran's online formula of 384 people. The results of the research showed that the level of satisfaction of the citizens of Yasouj city with the use of private sector service providers is higher than the average. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
