The purpose of this research is to investigate the concepts and schools of ecological tourism. The research method is descriptive and analytical using library resources. The relationship between tourism and the environment is not only fundamental but also very complex. There is a mutual dependence between these two, which is called symbiosis. Simply put, this symbiosis means that tourism owes its development to a high-quality environment. The environmental dimensions of tourism is one of the favorite fields of geographers because of the nature of geography, which has a strong approach to the field of human-environment relations.
