The purpose of this research is to investigate the indicators of sustainable development in Zargande neighborhood of Tehran District 3 and to generally identify the differences and inequalities between the neighborhoods and to rank them in terms of the status and level of enjoying neighborhood sustainable development indicators and to show the development levels of the neighborhoods in terms of the amount of facilities. and accesses and benefits. And in this article, after reviewing the concepts of sustainability, definitions and goals of sustainability, and analyzing and analyzing sustainability indicators and their application on Zargande district in the 3rd district of Tehran, it is tried to use a descriptive analytical method and using the SWOT model of neighborhood sustainable development indicators in this research. It has been analyzed based on the practical purpose and on the basis of the descriptive-analytical nature of the result of this research, it indicates that Zargande neighborhood is one of the neighborhoods of the 3rd district of Tehran, in terms of sustainable development, in a very low rank compared to the other districts of the 3rd district. This neighborhood is located in Tehran, in terms of sustainability, according to the physical, spatial, economic, cultural, social and environmental indicators, it has very high weaknesses, which will continue by studying the indicators, criteria and sub-criteria, etc., to provide solutions and We have made proposals for formations to solve their problems.
