English

Analysis of a dynamic light scattering DLS instrument "Wyatt DynoproNanoStar" was used to detect surfactant accumulation in the oil phase. Triplicate measurements were performed for each sample and at least two samples were tested for each surfactant concentration level to ensure reproducibility. The detection temperature was controlled at the same temperature as the partitioning experiments. The aggregation properties of BAC surfactant in toluene were investigated using DLS, and examples are presented in Figure 3, which includes the total radius and intensity of the collected light signal, C12, C14, and C16 toluene, from the oil phase at the water-oil partitioning equilibrium from the surface. Pure BAC was sampled. As can be seen, both the particle radii and signal intensities of C12 and C14 barely changed in the evaluated concentration range, indicating that C12 and C14 do not form micelles in toluene. In this research, a multi-physical model, the Integrated Corrosion Inhibition (ICI) model, was introduced theoretically and experimentally for the integrated evaluation of water-oil partitioning, accumulation, adsorption/desorption, and corrosion inhibition of mixed surfactant inhibitors in water-containing oils. We pay salt in Gachsaran oil company. Steel Pipe Environments (WOS). The ICI model is based on three main sub-models that consider water-oil surfactant partitioning, micellization, effective adsorption/desorption on the substrate, surfactant type, surfactant-solvent interactions, surfactant-counterion pairing, and side surfactant interactions, etc., and in opnions have been asked. It serves as a basic framework in the design, selection, optimization and use of various pure and mixed surfactant inhibitors in WOS environments. In summary, a comprehensive model, the ICI model, has been theoretically developed and experimentally validated to evaluate the partitioning, aggregation and corrosion inhibition of mixed surfactant inhibitors (both homologous and non-homologous) within a water (salt-containing)-oil steel pipe.
