Types of land use is how to use that land, which is determined according to the needs, and each land has different uses according to the area in which it is located. Determining land use is not an easy task and it is done according to specialized studies. The high number of users of direct service providers in a city can guarantee a good service situation for the people of the city. The main purpose of the research is to investigate the satisfaction of the citizens of Yasouj city with the service providers of the government departments. The current research is descriptive-analytical. This research will be done with a quantitative-qualitative approach and was mainly descriptive-analytical and based on the use of statistical methods, documentary-library method and survey. In documentary studies, available internal sources are used in relation to the uses of Yasouj city services and existing reports and plans about these uses. The data of this study will be collected in the field and with a questionnaire. The statistical sample size was calculated based on Cochran's online formula of 384 people. The results of the research showed that the level of satisfaction of the citizens of Yasouj city with the service providers of government departments is more than average. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
