The main purpose of research is mental health on performance (case study: Kohgilouye and Boyerahmad education). This research is an applied research in terms of its purpose, and it is a descriptive-correlation research in terms of its nature and execution method. In order to theoretically organize the research and examine the background of the research, the library method such as scientific books and magazines, various Farsi and English articles, and in order to collect primary information to measure and answer the research questions, the field method is used. In the descriptive statistics section, tables, central and scatter diagrams, and SPSS software will be used, and in the inferential statistics section, the structural equation modeling method of Smart Pls software will be used to test hypotheses. In this research, the statistical population of the present research includes all education workers of Kohgilouye and Boyer Ahmad, which consist of 3500 people, the simple random sampling method based on Cochran's formula, 346 people were selected as a sample. For the measurements of the research, in this research, 4 psychological well-being standard questionnaires of 18 questions and Patterson's occupational performance questionnaire were obtained. Imus software was used to analyze the research data. The results of the research showed that mental health is on the performance of care.
