In today's world, where electronic technologies have become an inseparable part of our daily lives, a large volume of electronic waste is produced, which is a serious threat to the environment and human health. This research examines the issue of electronic recycling and e-waste management. Given the increasing consumption of electronic devices, proper management of this waste is of particular importance. The aim of this research is to provide innovative solutions to improve recycling processes and reduce the negative environmental impacts of electronic waste. By studying library resources and reviewing previous research, the present study analyzes the challenges in e-waste management and examines effective solutions for recycling valuable materials and properly disposing of toxic materials. The results of this research show that the use of new technologies, public education, and the creation of appropriate infrastructure can help improve e-waste management and lead to the preservation of natural resources and the reduction of environmental pollution. Finally, this research emphasizes that electronic recycling and e-waste management should be considered as an environmental priority and that with cooperation between governments, industries and people, sustainable development goals and environmental protection can be achieved.
